Leave
Leave that reconciles itself
A transaction-ledger model where every accrual, deduction, and rollover is recorded — so balances are always derivable, always auditable, and never silently wrong.
Transaction Ledger
Every accrual, deduction, reversal, adjustment, carry-over, and expiry is a ledger entry. The balance is derived, not stored — which means it's always reconcilable, always auditable, and never silently wrong.
Anniversary-Based Cycles
Cycles anchor to each employee's start date, not a one-size-fits-all calendar year. Pro-rata calculations, prorated rollovers, and accrual cadence all follow the individual.
Configurable Accrual Frequencies
Monthly, upfront, or none — set per leave type. Annual leave drips in monthly with a rollover cap; sick leave allocates upfront over a 36-month cycle; family responsibility flows as needed.
Manager Conflict Warnings
When a request would leave a team under-covered, the workflow surfaces the conflict to the approver — without blocking, but without hiding either.
Expiry Notifications
Carry-over balances expire on schedule with 30-day warnings. Employees know what's about to evaporate; HR doesn't have to chase.
Auto-Approval for Self-Submitted Manager Leave
When a manager files leave for themselves, the workflow's conditional logic auto-approves and skips the redundant escalation. Discretion is preserved where it matters.
