These terms govern your use of the Onborda website at www.onborda.com. They do not cover use of the Onborda product itself — that's governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed when you become a customer.
2. Acceptance
By accessing this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the site, download materials we make publicly available, and submit contact forms in good faith. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to bypass any security measure, or use it to harass our staff or other visitors.
4. Intellectual property
The Onborda name, logo, and the content of this website are owned by us or our licensors. No licence is granted to use them outside fair-use commentary or reporting.
5. No warranty
This site is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from your inquiry. Marketing claims on the site describe the product's intended capability, not a contractual commitment — those come with the MSA.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onborda is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision; material changes will also be flagged on the homepage.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Onborda is established. Disputes arising from your use of this site fall under the courts of that jurisdiction.
